Dr. David Darko-Mensah

Founder, Darko Institute | Global Network Infrastructure Leader

Dr. David Darko-Mensah is a globally recognized leader in network engineering and the founder of the Darko Institute. With over two decades of experience, he has designed, secured, and modernized infrastructure for some of the world’s largest enterprises, spanning hyperscale cloud environments, mission-critical industrial systems, and complex multi-cloud networks.

He has led encryption and SD-WAN modernization efforts impacting 1,000+ global sites, including large-scale MPLS decommissioning, multi-region cloud integration, and secure connectivity transformations across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC. His leadership extends across datacenter modernization, global telecom strategy, and automation-first network design at massive scale.

At the Darko Institute, Dr. Darko-Mensah trains the next generation of infrastructure engineers, combining technical depth, global fluency, and hands-on project execution. His graduates gain experience in real automation pipelines, cloud-native systems, and enterprise-class architectures.

David’s mission is clear: to ensure anyone, regardless of background, can learn on real tools, work on real problems, and become a global engineer capable of leading from anywhere.
